The Circuit of the Cordillera Huayhuash is one of the classic trekking circuits of the world. The Huayhuash is a compact, rugged range, and includes the second highest peak in Peru - Yerupajá Grande - 6634m.

- Day 01: Arrival in Peru- Lima - Hotel
- Day 02: Lima – Huaraz – Hotel
- Day 03: Huaraz -Acclimatization tour to Churup Lake – Hotel
- Day 04: Huaraz – Chiquian – Llamac - Cuartelhuain
- Day 05: Cuartelhuain – Cacanan Pass (4700m) – Mitucocha
- Day 06: Mitucocha – Carhuac Pass (4050m) – Carhuacocha
- Day 07: Carhuacocha – Siula Pass (4800m) – Huayhuash
- Day 08: Huayhuash – Portachuelo Pass (4700m) – Viconga
- Day 09: Viconga - Cuyoc Pass (4850m) – Huanacpatay
- Day 10: Huanacpatay – Huayllapa – Huatiac
- Day 11: Huatiac – Cashpapampa Diablo mudo 5,350m climbing (Optional)
- Day 12: Cashpapampa – Yaucha Pass (4800m) – Jahuacocha
- Day 13: Jahuacocha – Llamac – Huaraz – Hotel
- Day 14: Huaraz – Lima Hotel
- Day 15: Lima Hotel - Airport
NON-WALKING EXCURSIONS
Additions to the programme can be organised for those wishing to extend their visit to Peru beyond the hiking itinerary above, including but not limited to: -
- A full excursion to Southern Peru for Cusco, Machu Picchu & Lake Titicaca
- A full excursion to Northern Peru for Iquitos and the Amazon Rainforest
- Or take a few extra days to discover the fabulous sights and sounds of the capital city of Lima
